Re: Stock Photographs

Looking to get a handful of stock photographs that I can use across a range of samples for weddings and associated events.

I've used Fotolia before but wondered which is the best value and has the best selection? Probably only need a dozen or so and I'm weighing up a months subscription or buying individual pictures.

I'm assuming that the images will be OK when used for samples and not being sold on.

I think shutterstock is not bad value as the stock photos are about £15 each but a months subscription is £150 and you can download 25 a day (750 a month) but you must download your full 25 a day quota or you lose them for that day.
Are you thinking what I'm thinking that I think that you're thinking I'm thinking because if you think that I think what I think I'm thinking then we've got a problem?

Mainly for weddings, looking at marketing chromaluxe panels, glass, acrylic etc. Fotolia look like £50 for a month, 50 images or around £3/£5 for single images.

Just after decent hi-res photo's, typical modern wedding scenes. May also extend to christenings etc. :-)
