what makes someone do something like this ?

and the constant lies....no, everythings ok johnny...everything is up to date and payed..
how stupid and trusting i have been :-(.

ive got red friggin letters up to my arse now........
had to change all my bank details...hell, she even took my bloody driving licence...thats getting renewed next wk...

and the answer i got when i asked her was "i thought i could cope"...

6/7yrs down the shitter - and i will never trust another dam woman in my life again..PERIOD !.....
ah well....single life again......maybe this is a good thing this happened just now....before i start anything else !.....trying to look on the bright side :-(

sorry for the rant....just wanted to get it off my chest :-(

and.......

I use something like these for small parcels - they're very accurate.

Anything bigger and its bathroom scales but that's not as accurate - but OK for couriers.

Just bought a new set off eBay for about £30 and they work a treat, up to 35kg I think.

Great for the larger items, to view readout. http://www.digital-retail-scales.co.uk/ ... _product=5 Google for sellers. I think I purchased from Amazon.

Oooooops dare I answer on this thread... Firstly maybe you are a bit too quick to tar us all with the same brush:frown:

Surely there are men out there who have also cheated women out of cash? And many women have been hurt too and no doubt feel as you are doing right now.
What I can say for "myself" , i'm an unbelievably independent person, own home, business, brought a child up on my own, really struggled at times but at no time could I have taken even handouts, loans whatever you call them never mind cheated someone of their money.
I have been with my partner for 13 years, we see each other 2/3 nights a week at my house. He has an incredibly successful business and as he says has never earnt so much money in his life. He tries to spoil me (or wants to all the time) a few days away here and there (unfortunately no long breaks for us due to work) recently a new tv, I actually feel a bit embarassed by his generosity sometimes (he sometimes sees this as ungratefulness), after all there was absolutely nothing wrong with my huge brick of a tv, he just didn't like it.

A shame, not all humans have morals unfortunately.

Sorry you are feeling this way, I must admit i'd be spitting feathers if I were you.

Erm, have you thought about something like Weight Watchers precision scales?

wow, perhaps she is very unwell, my husband has suffered from severe depression for several years, he went out to work every day and came home in the evening, how did i find out about it ?? i was putting some clothes away and found bills and papers, and invoices - his answer to me when i asked him "i thought i could cope, but it all got too much for me" its taken him nearly 2 years to get over it, and he still has his moments, but now the post is shared, and the bills are paid, i did a crash course in dealing with companies who money was owed to, and the inland revenue etc.
. it always amazes me that people who can be "so in love" and for a lot of years, can just throw everything away, when perhaps what the person needed was a lifeline.
