rhinestones on vinyl?

hi!
I wonder if rhinestones can stick to vinyl?? I thinking about doing nice jumper for my wife and want to use some sparkling stones
If they do stick are they ok in washing machine? wont come off?

Rhinestones will not stick to the vinyl permanently, they need the fabric to bond onto. You can cut the holes in the vinyl where you want to place them.
