Re: Delivery from MDP

1st time used them yesterday and delivery came today - quality service.

only thing is i ordered some kids tshirts (5-6 yrs old) sunflower yellow and some red and pink t-shirts (6 in total - 2 of each)

Guess what they sent me instead - for every kids tshirt i ordered - it came as a kids hoodie of the same color
so i wanted 6 tshirts and got 6 hoodies for kids instead

All my other stuff - adults clothes where fine - was just the kids tshirts.
Should i complain :)

Im well chuffed though as hoodies cost more than tshirts

what a service :)

I use MDP on a regular basis and to be honest I can't fault them!

We're all human and I have only had a few minor problems and they were rectified within an hour (excellent customer service as mentioned).

Question though, and this is not aimed at MDP but a general question, sometimes I order 20 metres worth but mix and match (i.e 4 metres of white, 4 metres of black, 1 of this, 2 of that etc). I never check the length of any of the rolls - does anyone else when ordering in lengths from suppliers?
