Managed to sort it some how, but when printer was doing test print it has snapped the white bracket that holds the 5 tubes in place on top of the cartridges, anyone know where i can get one of these

Just put down some blue tak on the printer then nestle the tubes on top and then put another layer of blue tak on top. Quick and simple solution i say

Tried a really sticky double sided tape and that didn't work, i'm just frightened when it's printing the tubes are going to jam as they are all over the place when it prints

Does the printer still print? If so then it's not a critical part of the electronics that has broken. Is this just the bit that holds the tubes flat on the cartridge block? Have you tried hot glue to glue it back - it's usually quite strong. The only option the main suppliers would have is a new cartridge and tube full assembly.

I've tried to print once and tubes are getting thrown all other just frightened they get caught, yeah it's the bracket that holds the tubes on top of the cartridges.
i'm sure i've got a glur gun somewhere.
i not even sure how it broke to be honest

yeah it has a bracket stuck to cartridges then you clip a bracket on top to hold tubes
