Anyone quiet during the school hols?
Re: Anyone quiet during the school hols?
Since the school break started we have found a substantial drop in work. Phones are far quieter as well as email enquiries. Still have a steady flow of work but the last 4 or 5 months previously have been chaotic with the volume going through. There always seems to be someone off in the supply/decision trail. Just been away myself so shouldn't be surprised I guess. Just not used to the quiet phones and don't like it. Thought we had got to the stage where we didn't have peaks and troughs in workload but the school hols is a hard one to overcome.

We're a little quieter. Semi-mental as opposed to the usual utter madness!

Very very quiet here - got one van to do the livery on over the weekend, no screen printing at all :frown: and the sub work has dried up completely. My button badge orders were doing really well until, it seems, someone switched ebay off
Hope its just to do with 1st week of summer hols - its got to pick up, fingers crossed.

We are quiet but going over the books for the last four years , there has always been a drop and it pucks up in the last three weeks of the holidays.

Being local to a busy tourist area must be good at this time of year.... and there's plenty of places in your neck of the woods. I'll be planning a couple of trips beyond the end of the M4 over the next couple of months myself.

you'd think the tourist industry would be good round here but to be honest not so unfortunatly my shop isnt in a town centre so i still depend on online sales rather than local buisness, i suppose if i was in the middle of tenby or saundersfoot id be laffing but my shops off the main routes really but then my rates arnt what they are in town its a bit of a trade off really
