I am thinking of getting started into sublimation and had a few questions.

1) I have been looking at a couple of places that sell starter kits. The one I have found that looks the most promising is at http://www.conde.com. They sell kits from the beginner on up. Has anyone had dealings with them and if so, what were your impressions.
2) On starting up, what would you recommend as your first products you can offer. I thought of some sort of picture gifts for weddings/memorials (could be one and the same on how you look at it), graducations, births and such.
3) I been seeing alot on ICC files. Can anyone explain what that is and how it's used. Sounds confusing as heck.
