Epson b1100 ink problems please help

Hi all, I have an epson B1100 CISS system has been working fine till now it says black ink low please replace black cartridge. As this is a CISS bulk system there is ink there but it is saying that it is not compatible, tried pressing the reset button on the cartridges but nothing, any help please

reset buttom on my works only when he wants to work
Press "drop" button as you would like to change the cartridges. Take them out and back in. Black should be full up again you need to trick your printer
