Sublimation Mug Printing Kit
Re: Sublimation Mug Printing Kit
Hi Guys,
I bought a complete set of kit from China a year or two ago for a project that never quite happened - so it's time now to sell it and move on!
Kit list and prices as follows:
- Epson R230 Printer with 6 colour ink system and spare inks - £300
- 11oz Mug Press - £100
- Sublimation Paper - 15 bags x 100 sheets per bag - £150
- 11oz Sublimation Mugs (White) - 1800 - 60p each
- 11oz Colour Changing Mugs (Black) - 400 - £1.20 each
- 11oz Colour Changing Mugs (Blue) - 400 - £1.20 each
- 11oz Colour Changing Mugs (Red) - 400 - £1.20 each
All prices exclude delivery. The stock is in a warehouse in Newport in South Wales and would probably cost about £150 to deliver.
If anyone is interested just let me know...
Iain

Where in China did you get it all from? More info is needed really like which heat press, what coating on mugs, what paper as it seems expensive. Knowing which supplier might be a quick answer.
Just out of curiosity, what was the project as you jumped straight in the deep end with them quantities.

Re: Sublimation Mug Printing Kit
Especially given all that ink would be two-years old as well, and so probably useless.Paul;23462 wrote:expensive printer
The paper's no bargain either. 15 packs of a decent brand from BMS would be just £143 - and that includes VAT. Likewise, brand new Chinese mug presses can be had for less than £100 from the likes of Coralgraph.
Mug price seems good, though, but it'd depend on the coating. Unfortunately, I don't do 11oz mugs.
Re: Sublimation Mug Printing Kit
Might be interested in 'some' mugs depending (as JSR says) on the coating/brand/original supplier.
Are you looking to sell it all in a 'one-r' or are you willing to split items down?

Hi Guys - some answers!
Mugs - the mugs (and the rest of the kit) came from a company called Honsinco in Guangdong. I have no information at all on the type of coating - although I do know it works because I printed a few. Hence, if anyone is seriously interested I think the best thing would be for me to send you a few samples so you can check it out yourself.
Paper - same problem. Meanwhile, happy to drop the price to £8.00 per pack if £10.00 seems too high!
Mug press - same problem - although I'll try and attach a picture - and reduce the price to £80.

Printer and ink system - *new price - only £200*
The kit was bought as part of a bigger project to manufacture branded football merchandise. I got stitched up a bit though so now the money's gone I'm hoping to recover some by selling the kit!
I would much rather sell it all together but will consider breaking it up if nobody's interested. If you are interested make me an offer!
