I use Xpres easy cut sheets, very easy to weed and great finish/durability. When I started out I tried the fashion glitters and they aren't very good at all, pain to weed and wash off easily, only good for one off events really.

Check out some of the other materials, http://www.xpres.co.uk/consumables/xpres_cut

If I remember rightly, these sheets are face down when you weed them so you're weeding the white backing away which is far easier on your eyes as well!

The problem with the MDP glittery vinyl is that the back has a glittery look to it, and you can't even see where to start weeding, lol

First cut was 5 lines of text, never again do I do it like that, drove me crazy, then I lost a letter, so cut it again and the text was a lot smaller than the first lot, grrrrr, and I'd lost a different letter, lol

An old sign vinyl trick is to blow blue tailors chalk across the vinyl to make the cut lines stand out,you neeed to blow it off after; another is to leave difficult weed jobs over night as sometimes there is a very tiny bit of settlement which make the cut lines stand out. Maybe one of these tricks will help you should you not want to waste what you have left :-)
