Hi,
Like title says :)
http://www.designsupply.co.uk/nprinter258.htm

I know it's probably entry level one. But I need it only for t-shirts (different vinyls though). Do you think this will be good enough ?
Maybe someone is using one ?

entry level is around the £200 mark, this is a better cutter than that, so if you can afford it (you have VAT to add onto that price, then go for it)

I remember looking at this at last years P&P and asking does it have an Optical Eye. Quick answer I was given was No. If you need that option then this may not be the cutter for you. But if you only intend to cut flex and vinyl then no problem.

yes, I'm aware of that. but unfortunately will be hard to buy with Optical Eye in this price (?) Well, could buy on ebay but I don't like to buy expensive items there as you never know when seller will disappear and then it's end of after sale support or warranty :P
but isn't it possible to do the same what Optical Eye does with a little bit of patience and register points??

I Thought the register points are what the optical eye picks up ??

I manage without, but you would not be able to put a sheet of printed shapes in there and cut round them for instance.

i own cutter with optical eye and it cost me only £190. But... Optical eye in chinese cutters is diferent then in graphtec ones. You still need to manualy point your laser over reg marks. It wont do it for you automaticly. Also you need software that can use eye.

Just read that there is a version of this cutter with an Optical Eye. It's known as the GCC Expert LX.
