Urgent help

Does any one have a "thumbs up" image I could have? I have a big order for a local club which is required tomorrow and i've downloaded a few "thumbs" from the internet but they are not good enough due to the pixelation. Yeaterday I downloaded the logo for them and prepared it with no problems but I cant do this.

Unfortunately i'm 2 people down in the shop as well so i'm having a bit of a panic now. I have 1 guy who is great with photoshop and he would have created an ai file but i can't do it.

I would be sooo gratefull if someone could HELP me !!!!!!!!!

is it just the hand, a photograph of someone with a thumbs up, or a vector style (outline) thumbs up you're after?
