Hi
Has anyone got any experience of printing polymer jigsaws? What's the best way of ensuring they are flat after pressing?
The first one I've printed has curled up into a ball after pressing. We took it out and lay it flat with something heavy on top but it's still pretty "bent up". Anyone do these regularly and know the trick to getting them out nice and flat?
Regards
Gary

Re: Polymer Jigsaw Printing
Your best best is a nipping press.
when I was doing placemats I would put them on the concrete floor with some serious weight on them overnight.
I gave up in the end and stopped making them.
