Big-O-Lite pneu plus Mat

Hi All

Details below, but TLDR I am struggling to locate a rubber mat large enough for my press.

I have a Big-O-Lite pneu plus heat press (pneumatic, plate size is 90x70cm), and I am having some issues with getting a consistent print with printing on polyester fabrics.

Usually it isnt too much of a problem, but I am having issues due to the surface underneath. I currently use a thick piece of wool (its like 18mm thick) with a Teflon sheet on top. This works fine for several prints, but the Teflon starts to become indented which of course causes indentations on the fabrics ruining the print. I know its not due to the Teflon quality, as I am also using it to cover the whole print to protect the print from too much direct heat, with no problems at all. I don't have this issue with a smaller press I use, which has a rubber mat on the heat bed. I am struggling to find a large enough mat for the whole press, which I believe would solve a lot of my problems. Does anyone know where I can find such a mat, or a material suitable for it (UK based).

Speak to someone like XPres who sell large format heat presses. They will probably have something that you can cut to size.
