Horizontal Lines Sawgrass Sg1000

I am having an issue with my sawgrass sg1000. Nozzle check is perfect, I am using the print manager. When printing a particular photo I am getting horizontal lines across it. If I repeat the print the lines will be in a different area than the previous print out, (still horizontal) I am not sure if it related to that image as I am not seeing the issue on other prints. The last time this happened it resolved itself over night but I would like to know the cause. Head cleans aren't making any difference. I've re-downloaded the image, restarted the PC but still doing it. Any help appreciated

Be gentle and if you have to wipe something off, use a lint-free piece of cloth.
