I'm Craig from Manchester, I've just started a business with my brother doing sublimation prints on metal, currently just doing test prints at the moment to make sure we get everything spot on which seems to be the problem but we're getting close, hopefully I can some knowledge from some members as I'm new to all this

Welcome. I only do minimal metal work myself but always find that 180c 65s works best for us and place both a sheet of white newspaper offcut paper under the metal and on top of the metal before putting on your silicone protective sheet before pressing. This gives a much smoother finish we find. Paper can be found here:
