Issue with finish

Hi

I'm having a problem with the finish once I have heat pressed the image on chromaluxe panels it seems to be with black ink only, it looks like dried rain spots, I have upload some images, I checked the ink and it's out of date by a few months

Any advice would be appreciated

Are you using endura fabric? What pressure?

Which inks are you using? It's never a good idea to use out of date inks, it can throw up a host of issues. I don't think this issue will be caused by that but it won't help.

Thanks for replying, yes I'm using endura fabric, I used low pressure I can't tell you the exact psi as it's a manual adjustment heat press, we're using Epson's t49m in which came with the printer, we have the Teflon then the brown paper then picture face up then brown paper then the endura fabric
