As per title, having an issue with broken ink lines ( looks like black ink ) transfer to back of prints, but this is obviously also being transferred onto the mugs etc.
Any ideas on how to fix this problem very much appreciated.

Ink on the back of the paper?
Could need the rollers cleaning and may explain your paper feed issues on the other thread.

Bit of IPA on the rollers and feed a few pieces of A4 through, see if ink comes off.
