Hello fellow sublimators! :)

My sincere apologies if a thread regarding this specific oven was already opened, i couldn't find one so i decided i will try my luck.

I am looking to expand my offer by getting into sublimating phone cases and found an oven by FREESUB PD2800.

Does anyone by any chance have any experience with how it sublimates a phone case? Does it do its job properly around the whole case or is it all just bull...
I know there are many more out there but this one i found specifically attractive because of the fact it does not require a mold for the case.

Thanks for your time and your answers in advance! :)

Quite happy to give you independent advice but we are selling our phone business complete if this may be of interest.

You will never get good, consistent, high quality results with an oven.

We've been printing phone cases for around 8 years now.

The best option is the Sublideck machine. That said these cannot print the newer larger cases, for those you need the bigger A4 sizes machines. These can print all larger cases or two smaller cases at the same time.

I can help you source machines. One warning, this isn't as cheap as many folk think to get into. For starters you need jigs for every model you want to sell, usually 2 different ones.

We have over 100 jigs in use.

Thanks for the info. So the most complete and practical solution would be the A4 machine. Aprox how much does a used one cost?

The only used one I've seen would be mine, remember you also need the jigs etc.

If my business doesn't sell soon I am considering breaking into parts.

I will have a stock of machines etc. In the very near future.

If you're entering the market and don't want to spend a lot, my honest advice would be to use fulfillment to complete your orders. We offer this and can either print stock upfront for you or dropshop direct to customers for you if you're selling online.

Drop me a PM of this is something that would interest you.

A lot of people think this is an easy and cheap sector to get into but it isn't. It does take a little money.

Just for clarification, the business we're selling operates as a fulfilment company as well, we can produce several hundred cases per hour.

The ideal solution when starting out would be one SubliDeck and one A4 machine. These take slightly different jigs but there are tricks to enable sharing between the two.
