Ricoh 3110DN SC 21100 Error Code Solved

Does anyone know what the SC 21100 Error Code means? Got this on my machine. Been trying to unblock the black head by cleaning the capping station with distilled water. Error only occurred when I tried to remove the front lid by taking the screw out. Seems like sides need to come off too, but I didn't get that far. Also sometimes comes up with a 'press form misfeed error'. It tells me to open the lid, then the 21100 error comes up again after it feeds for a while when I close it. Can't see anything amiss inside while operating it with the lid up with a screwdriver in the lid switch hole. It seems like the head assembly is stopping dead on its tracks, then the error comes up.

When I move the heads to the far left manually, the feed error comes up constantly. When I move them to the right, I get the feed error, heads stop 1/3 of the way across, then the error comes up. Is the error maybe caused by some resistance in the movement of the heads? They're not jammed and it feels like the movement is reasonably free.

Any help appreciated!

EDIT: Solved this problem now, there is a thin plastic strip under the front top cover that is some sort of guide for the heads. Had become dislodged.

Still not managed to clear the black head though!
