SG 500 error

SG error code sc282-13. Can not find any info on how to fix it.

What were you doing prior to this error?
have you changed inks or waste tank or just printed and it came up.

Try searching error codes for a RICOH 3110 as the A4 Sawgrass is actually that machine
USING: Whatever it takes to get the job done...
