Hi am looking to start doing heat transfers and would like to know which printer to buy (converted or a stock printer) i would like to print on dark garments i have been looking at the epson L1800. Would i be able to add a extra ink tank and use it for sublimation as well or is there any others that are better in the £1500 price range. any input would be appreciated

The Epson L1800 sells for about £800, so as you are quoting £1500 I am assuming that you are asking about DTF printers? That is really bottom end entry level for DTF printing. It will get you in the game but isn't a long term solution.

yes it would be for dtf is there a list of dtf printers on here so i could see which is best thanks for the reply
