SG400 Half Blurred Print

Hi all,

Just a quick one before I launch the SG400 out of the window, upon printing on mug sized paper with the same design on each side, the first side of the design coming out blurred with slight lines running through the design but the other part of the mug comes out perfect?

I have done a fair few head cleaning, head alignments and nozzle checks in which the yellow was broken check, but seems to be fixed now so unsure whether that is the issue.

This started right on the last print before the Christmas break and I am still foxed as to what the issue is, any help from you fine forum people would be most welcomed, or if it is time to scrap and start again.
