I've ordered something earlier this week from BMS - usually arrives 2 days later. Not had a delivery so tried to ring, no answer, no voice mail. Then I tried to contact them on their contact page, no response.
Is all well there, or should I worry about my order/money

You do know they changed hands? I also never get a response from them so completely ditched them weeks ago as not a supplier I can trust any more. Since Scott left the original company then sadly customer service also disappeared.

I think they are now based in Bolton after the company was sold on from Martin. We had ordered some things in January that have arrived within 48 hours.
Very odd for them not to be replying to contacts though, and with another thread regarding their recent service on here.
Let's hope it is just a blip, shame they are not apart of the forum for premium membership discount, too.
