No good for vinyl printing.
you need ecosolvent printer for vinyl.
It will print to paper and sheet stickers but so will any inkjet printer.

What’s your budget?
You are looking at £3-5k second hand for ecosolvent.

If you only want to print posters and pictures it’s fine but for canvas banners and vinyl you need to be using ecosolvent or latex or even uv printing.

And you would also need a separate cutter for cutting your prints.

You will struggle to find anything for that budget the print heads alone in my machine are £1500 and the inks are £80+ each then cleaning cartirdges £68 and the list goes on.

If your not going to really use it, and I mean really use it then don’t make the jump.
I jumped in the deep end with mine then realised the ongoing costs like maintenance costs and cover along with consumable parts and time.

If it wasn’t for the T-shirt’s and magnetics work I already have needing it, I would have sold it on by now.

You really need to look at the things you will need and add it all up.

Laminating film
laminator
vinyl
inks
cleaning and tools
Machine
software

and the most important have you got the space?
these machines are huge I was shocked how big they really are in a small unit.

Z2100 is a fabulous printer, we have a 44" inch machine here.

ok well I will steer away from the vinyl printing for now then and will look in to the z2100 a bit more of what can be done with it space isn't as issue so not to worried about the size of it. is a 24" better one to get or is it better to get the larger 44" and use that mainly for 24" work and have the extra if I ever need it
