A customer brought me datai for a logo. It is in dst format which I can open in Wilcom but it does not do colour changes very well. I asked the customer to contact the digitiser to send him .emb datai for the logo and they said that is a new job and will cost 60€. Load of BS as they can just save it as emb and send it on.
Name of Digitising firm is Smart Punching. Never used them myself and never will. Not a very helpful firm.
