Does anybody know where has them in stock? Everywhere seems to be out of stock or charging silly prices on places like eBay.

I used the polystyrene mug mailers from Custompac. Never had any breakages. Prices from around 35p each for 11oz large size when bought as a full palletb(1280 boxes). I believe they have stock.

Do you put the polystyrene mailers in a poly bag or wrap in brown paper
I'm using poly bag mailers that I already have, but they look like a dogs dinner when wrapped!

I put the mug mailer in a grey, sealable poly bag, folded over and taped with parcel tape. It looks quite neat when done. With the size of bags I use, I can get two mug boxes side-by-side in the bag if needed.

I have been using poly mailers in bags or paper for a while without issues.
then thinking about recycling and the environment I changed over to smashproof boxes.
bought 500 boxes and I’m regretting it already.

sent out around 80 mugs in the last week and 6 confirmed shattered in the mail.
so after these boxes have gone I’m going back to the poly mailers.

Yeah, I too had problems with the cardboard mailers before switching to poly. Mind you, the poly mailers take up more storage room if that may be a concern for some, remembering that you have to buy in quantity to get the lowest prices.
