Poly Travel Flask Pressing times?

Hi all,

I've just purchased some of the "Mug - PolySteel - GLOSS FINISH - 450ml Tumbler" (link below) from Longforte.

Anyone have a baseline as to where to start with these in either oven or press? There's no pressing information on the site and it doesn't come with any in the box.
It says you don't need a metal insert to keep the shape, but that's all I know for now.

I would call them but typically they've arrived on the weekend and they're closed :rolleyes:
