Random marks after new ink

I've fitted an ink express ciss system and I'm not too sure why but I'm getting random marks on prints.

I have let the ink dry for a bit to be sure and it's not there before I press the mug.

It's only when I take the paper off everything else is fine apart from these marks.

What should I check before I waste more mugs?

Just tried my old press and it's perfect.

Looks to be an issue with the new st210 dual press.
