Metal Travel Mugs - Printing issues 😟

Hi I've only been printing mugs for a couple of months after having to diversify as most of my normal customers are still closed due to Covid-19. This forum has been a great help whilst I mastered firstly mugs and then metal water bottles after reading the various threads. So this week my new element arrived for travel mugs. Using the Xpres/Adkins Multi with Sawgrass SG500 I thought it would be the same times etc as my bottles (180° for 60 Seconds) However results so far are not good and at £6.50 a mug I could be bankrupt by the end of the day!
