Good jigsaw puzzle blanks?

Hey,
I was thinking about starting a little custom jigsaw puzzle project. There are not many companies offering it out cheap. That may be worth of a try using sublimation.

But are there any decent blanks for that? That would, well... work without too many defects?

Unisub are decent but very expensive. Wentworth used to do a good range, not seen them for a while.
