What material?

I'm new to Sublimation, but I would like to know what material is used for non permanent interior car window stickers, like the stuff what is used for tax disk holders, preferably be able to sublimate on. I've done a bit of googling but come up with so many different things and still don't have a clue. Thanks

That's printed to a static cling material using a eco solvent printer or latex printer.

It's not sublimated.
