I've tried 3 different Polyester mixes, 60/40, 50/50 and 100% but not getting very good results with the mixed. What heats and times are people using and getting decent results, i've wasted so many T-shirts, ink and paper trying different things or apart from 100% what should I be looking for?
Thanks

Hi. Only white, 100% poly will give the best, vivid results. All other mixes will dilute the colours because the sublimation inks only enter the polyester fibres and not the cotton, so a faded 'retro' look will be the result on these garments as the ink will wash out of the cotton fibres after the first wash.

You can try the Russel HD range if you're happy with a 'vintage/washed out' look. 65/35
