HELP epson printer issues

Hi

i have got an epson wf7710 sublimation printer but having some issues not sure if its down to printer or not
when i load image onto photoshop cc eg; two images for a mug when i send to print it prints the two images but then continues to print the full page with small very fine light dots even with the background transparent on photoshop and the image size not covering the full page.

also sent the same images to sawgrass printer and there no issues there but this printed from creative studio

Really dont understand it any advice would be highly appreciated pics right is what it is doing and on left is the plain paper to show difference

Are you sure there’s nothing on the background? if you use the select tool and select the whole document it should only select the images your printing but if you have random dots on the document it will select those too so you can see where they are.

When i select the full page it just picks the two photos out thats all so definitely nothing else on the page
