Subliblank cheeseboard tile printing

So, I have one of these to print, with the print face being a 6 inch square tile. I just wondered if anybody has used this product as the face-up pressing time of 70secs @ 190c sounds a bit low to me, especially after reading older posts on here recommending several minutes.

The only tiles I've done previously have been from the Transfer Press and were done face-down as recommended for 6mins @ 200c with great results.
I also only have the one to hand...so no pressure not to balls it up:+)
