Epson workforce wf-2630 Bleed

Sorry if this has been asked before. we have just purchased a new epson workforce, icc, and sublinova inks.
no matter what subli paper we use we are getting a bleed which is on the printout and of course reinforced on the finished tees.
also, we are needing to run head cleans every couple of prints. can anyone advise please as we have a small order that needs to be despatched before the holidays.
