Where is Simon?
Re: Where is Simon?
I'm alarmed to see Simon's (Socialgiraffe) online presence has gone !
I also emailed him but it got rejected.
Anyone know what's going on with him ??
Such a lovely, helpful fella - I hope He is ok.

Nik, I have tried to send you a DM, but your profile has direct messages turned off. Drop me an email at simon@thenprint.co.uk and we can go from there.

Oh yes, I see the oven...I know what you mean, seen this happen a number of times.
We do all the work testing (or rather Simon does) and a supplier decides to start selling at an inflated price without even a nod to the forum, nice work.
Good price bump as well, just go direct folks.

Re: Where is Simon?
Yeah, I feel violated

They did it with the thermoshrink film as well.
I don’t really have a problem with it, I just find it a bit weird. It also tells me that just like those who must not be named you have to be on your guard all the time just in case.
I still think their slates and coasters etc are the best ones LOL

Re: Where is Simon?
Yeah, they started selling Pressmech presses after reading about them here..they must still lurk, peering from behind the bushes like a creepy voyeur.
I see that DyeSub put a nice sublimation tax on it. I bought mine for £382.78 incl VAT from a catering supplier.
. He's a dead on guy on the phone, but unfortunately they are also on my boycott list.
