With grateful thanks to Martin and all of you who have helped sort out our problems - we have had a catalogue of problems but a 2nd mug press and a new printer has worked wonders! These are using our own artwork and now a Ricoh 3300 which is MUCH faster and seems to be better for our style of artwork. This forum has been invaluable to us - Very Many thanks and I hope you all have a splendid 2011!

Your forum is invaluable - looking at everyone elses problems and trying out their "Fixes" has helped hugely! Glad you like the mugs - thank you!

My words exactly - and thanks to those that help is also greatly appreciated ......................... but let's not forget that we wouldn't have any type of platform for questions or information if it wasn't for the man himself (Justin) - and we can show our appreciation to him by clicking on that 'donate' button

Thanks Fellas - most of our customers already buy prints from us and we control our own artwork/photos and if we find anyone using it without our permission we go for them - like everyone on here we are a small business and copyright issues are important, we also have an MOD licence - nearly all mug orders so far have been for a box or more at a time, that is why we were so desperate to get this right! We are very picky about our prints and wanted a good quality mug product too! We do patches etc too and like to have good quality. Donation finally made to Justin as this forum is well worth it! Thanks again! Gill
