UGENT HELP. Unable to set temperature on my heat press

I have had a PixMax swing away press for over 12 months now. I haven't given it heavy use either.

Today I went to use it after using it will only a few weeks ago and I can no longer set the temperature, which
is now stuck at only 50c ( not the setting I had it at when previously used either!? ). I can use the set button to
select the time and use the up and down buttons to set that no problem. But when I try to do the same with the temperature
the up and down buttons will not budge the setting from 50c. I have even pressed the Reset button, which seems to do nothing at all either!?

I have contacted Monstershop.com who I purchase the press from will no joy as yet. I may try and call them tomorrow.
I fear the electronic panel has gone wrong and now require a new one, even if I can get one.
