Heat Press spring replacement

We've done a bit of a silly thing and left one of our presses closed for a long period, and now it just feels slack. I suspect all the tension has gone out of the springs because they've been left stretched (Duh....). Any suggestions as to where I might get two replacement springs for a Galaxy GS 601? My antivirus won't let me view the galaxy press website because it says there's an infection.
