Guten Morgan Tagoz. Why dont you telephone Ricoh in Hanover and ask them directly?

Found it in the manual. Its an Air release Error (Air purge detection switch error or air release lever error)
Solution ....Turn the main power switch off and then back on.

hallo, danke für die Antwort. Ich wollte wissen, ob ich den Fehler selbst beheben kann, weil Service-Dienstleister oft teurer als Maschine ist. Ich habe auch im Handbuch geguckt aber könnte nix finden. Könnten sie es mir sagen wo ich es im HAndbuch finden kann. noch mal danke im Voraus ..

Hi tagoz. Sorry, we must write in english.
I rent a room in a computer shop which is a Ricoh handler. They found it for me in their official handbook that is not readily available to us. However I did find this :- http://support.ricoh.com/bb_v1oi/html/o ... dnwen.htm#
Maybe you could find your Error code on there.
You are right when saying that an engineer to come and fix it could cost more than the printer. If you bought the printer from an official dealer then they should help you. Or ring Ricoh in Hanover.

I've just downloaded the Ricoh SG3110DN Service Manual, conatining all error codes, from here -

Price: $10 (US), £8.25 UK. I think it'll be a worthwhile investment seeing as I have 2 of these printers and dreading the day anything goes wrong with them!
