Anybody else having a problem?
I get order confirmation, but the orders just sit there showing as processing. Royal Mail don't think there is a problem....err think there might be somewhere!

Anybody else affected?

I have an order processing since 08/11/2018. They better arrive soon or else nothing is getting posted. Royal Mail stopped supplying fragile labels because idiots were selling RM stock on eBay. I can see rolls of CN22 labels for £5.

If you are really stuck, the company who supplies RM with their thermal printers also supply their labels. I'll need to look it up.

Gooner, they are amazing....
The "Sir there is no problem" ...." So why is it processing and no supplies delivered"......."Because it's processing Sir"......

Arggghhhh!!!

One year they ran out of CN22 labels for weeks, I had to rob the post office.

I have just had mail bags turn up.......10 days after ordering them, still no international labels or thermal printer rolls.

Not clever are they.

What's the email or phone number for mail supplies? This is getting ridiculous.

Gooner, contact your regional sales office that looks after your account eg mine is "myteamwest@royalmail.com" OR use "business.customer.service@royalmail.com".

In their desire to provide customer service they aim to get back you in 48 hours...!!!! Or it may take longer if they are busy.....argghhhh.

Had a visit from my rep yesterday, he agreed that he is being told there is a problem by his accounts, but then being told by the supplies side that there is no problem and everything is fine.
