Don't know if this is the right part of the forum (please move it if it isn't)

Just started doing slates and with the advice rec'd on here they are turning out quite well.

However I am using a high pressure and this is causing the rubber mat on my adkins to depress and it takes a long time to get back into shape which can cause a problem if I have thin items to press soon after.

I can't get the rubber mat off but was wondering if I peeled it off is there a replacement mat I could get.

you don't need to use high pressure. only medium will do.
