We are looking for maybe 1000 blank natural coloured cotton eco shoppers. any good priced suggestions?

What size are you after? 38cm x 42cm typically start from mid 20's for budget 100gsm and mid 30's for better 150gsm. Also depends if you require gusset etc.

Simon's link looks like it might cover it though but if you do need to look elsewhere I can point you where I have previously got blanks from.
