Has anyone ever come across any sublimation blanks for the little magnetic signs that go on the sides of cars? I'm not even 100% sure I'm calling it the right thing!

I don't think there is any any for sublimation most are magnetic sheet with vinyl lettering or solvent printed

Sublimation would not last that long outside as it is not very UV stable. As Reg says you need to either digitally print direct to the sheet or apply vinyl.
