MDP colour Activ laser garment transfer paper

Hey,

Has anyone had any experience of using the the Colour Laser activ garment paper from MDP?

I need to buy a sheet of random colour (mint green) vinyl from MDP and was looking to add to my order to make the postage cost more acceptable and I saw this.

Is it similar to the yolo paper?
