Switching inks

Hello everyone, I have an Epson 1500W and currently use some ink. The vendor listed this ink as J-Teck but when I sublimate there are yellowish print so I will get rid of it (don't know whether it was really some J-Teck or Chinese ink, anyways). I had a profile made for this ink, when it prints colors are accurate but as I said it's another story when I sublimate.

I had a set of ArTainium ink waiting to be used so I will switch back to it. Do I need to do something special before I take off the "J-Teck" filled cartridges and put the ArTainium ones ? Like putting cleaning cartridges or something ?


Also, 3 of the 6 bottles I have expire next month, how long is the ink still ok after expiry ?
