Hi all,

we recently did the matt xp5023, a) for one customer b) an upsell on a load of hoodies, we always provide a free mug to all our new customers, 90% of the time they come back and order a load. the matt mugs are really great, but noticed a bit of fading on the bottom of the design, i remembered someone on here saying about pre warm, a few minutes on the radiator or on top of the heat press worked a treat, so thanks to whoever that was. but just thought i would remind the newbies of the good tip.
