Hi Malcolm

Coreldraw and Photoshop are the popular graphic packages used for subli priniting, so you are on the right track there. The software are pretty straight forward for seansonal computer users, and they can get incredibly powerful with a full array of functions. I can only suggest tutorials available on the internet (it's impossible to type out such a guide), google is your best friend, or take up readings and there are plenty of books on the subject. If you are really struggling to make a start attending courses at a local college might be a good idea.

Template-wise a standard mug will only need a rectangle page with sizes required to fit the mugs, latte mugs will require more work and I can recall BMS provides those templates in psd format on their website.

hi malcolm. please tell me what kind of subiect template wish you create so i try to help. but first step is to get to know some basic functions in corel as how to resize the page to your requiments, use color palete, import cliports etc. if you strigling with that just let me know so iam sure i can help you a bit ;) alternative is to use ready made templates and 'tune them up' bit to your needs.
