Hi I've been doing a few mugs here and there and they have been fine but all off a sudden am having this issue. Can anyone help
I want green but it's printing out brown.
It may be printing brown but what colour does it press? Have you an ICC profile? What inks and printer are you using? Are the inks out of date? If you could supply us with some more information about your set up it would help us and you resolve your issues. Also the similar threads at the top of the screen( only on a pc) can point you in the correct direction. I know if you are using a mobile device or Taptalk the similar threads do not show up.
Many thanks Iain
Equipment used A4 Ricoh printer, HP3085 Heat Press Graphtec cutter, Jarin mug press, CJV 30-60 solvent printer and lots of help from DSF.
Yes I am on tap talk and a I pad.
So I have a ICC profile installed I am using a Ricoh printer
The inks should be fine less than a year old. Plus I done some mugs a week ago and they came out fine.
When pressing the Mug presses brown with a green tint around the top and bottom of the Mug
I press at 323degrees for I think 170seconds
The works fine in the past for other mugs.
I can provide a pic of my mishaps if it helps.
Thankyou very much for assistance this is doing my head in [emoji17]
I know this has been mentioned many times before and may have nothing to do with your colour problem, but are you absolutely sure you haven't loaded your paper into the tray upside down? It does happen, especially with printers like the Ricoh which don't have a straight-through paper feed.
Still no joy, followed the instructions given by my ink supplier for ICC profile in case I changed some thing by mistake but all is as it should be. [emoji848]
